"Trick or Treat at the Poe House" features a costume contest for children aged 12 and under. The costume contest has become the highlight of the event with prizes awarded for the best costumes in four different age categories. Children attending this event explore Victorian culture with a “raven” scavenger hunt in the “Poe” House, play vintage carnival games, enjoy a free kid's concert by the Sandbox Band, witness balloon twisting and magic tricks with Joy the Clown, and vote on their favorite Halloween decorated Jeep for the Trunk or Treat in Arsenal Park. Admission is FREE!! Suggested donation $1 per child.
